Thriller

I have always wanted to see Thriller at the Tuacahn Ampitheater in St. George and we finally went this year!  My mom, aunt Lorrie, cousin Cassey, aunt Debbie, friend Sadie (Cassey's sister-in-law), friend Brittany and her mom Lori all went as well.  We started the night by going out for Thai food where we got my mom to eat sushi and Thai food for the first time.  We all had a great meal and shared some coconut mango sticky rice for dessert before heading out to watch the preshow at the theater.  Just prior to the doors opening for us to find our seats, a bunch of zombies from the production came out to mingle with the crowds which was a ton of fun.  We got a lot of pictures with them even though some were super creepy.  The sky was clear for the show and we had a beautiful view of the stars all evening while watching the crazy dance numbers in the production.  We got to watch a Bride of Frankenstein/Frankenstein duet en pointe set to the theme from Romeo & Juliet with a similar fate for the couple, albeit Halloween-themed.  Another favorite number was a skeleton number with glow-in-the-dark costumes.  We all also really liked the title number Thriller and a ghost number where the dancer used cables to fly around over the stage.  There was also a cool Children of the Corn hip hop number and a Jason percussion dance plus a bunch of others.  It was an awesome show even though it got a bit cold being outside.
